Photo radar is fine if other undesirables are significantly reduced. Such as drug peddlers, prostitution, murders, robberies, etc. To just let the law enforcement to continue to draw a pay check unjustifiably, is not enough to support the cameras. If things remain status quo, then the law enforcment agencies should be reduced.
