Video from the Saturday TEPCO tour of the Fukushima Daichi nuclear power plant!

As expected the Fukushima tour told the world little of the long-term impact that the worst nuclear disaster since Chernobyl 25 years ago will have in Japan and around the globe! For the embattled utility TEPCO and the Japanese government, this tour seems to have been designed to put a shinier face on what is an extremely dark problem. But, using a phrase uttered by President Obama only then in a political context, you can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig! The reporters at Fukushima were not allowed inside the actual reactors but the video below shows a relatively clean physical environment inside the plant. Outside reporters said that the seen was one of "twisted and overturned trucks, crumbling reactor buildings and piles of rubble virtually untouched since the wave struck" (BBC)...
