Waycross mobile home builder gets $3.2 billion FEMA contract
ScotBilt could build 67,500 mobile homes over next five years. FEMA will use the homes as temporary housing for those displaced by disasters, such as hurricanes. All will be three-bedroom mobile homes, said Thomas P. Holland Jr., vice president and chief financial officer of the company.
