Freedom Forum

Welcome to the Freedom Forum of Freedom's Phoenix!

Freedom reigns here like the days of the old Wild West! We have no corporate or government censors to tell you what you can and cannot say in our public forums. We encourage everyone to keep a civil tongue, but you are free to express your opinions no matter what your perspective is on any subject -- just be prepared for someone else to have an entirely opposite view and tell the world you don't know what you are talking about!

Some entries, which our regular editors consider too vulgar -- according to their standards, may be tagged "Crude or Lewd" so the faint-of-mind folks don't have to view them, but everyone can use the link on the right-hand column to decide for themselves whether to show those entries or not.

Anyone may read the discussions shown in our forum. You will need to sign-up as a member and provide your name and valid email address to be able to add comments and participate in the discussions. There is no cost to join.

Now, join the party and have some real fun!

Faith in what? We don't have any control over nature. Even the control we think we have has been granted in such a way that we can only maintain it for a time. Then we all die, or so it seems. The real aliens are the angels. The demons are probably the spirits of the Nephilim who are mentioned in Genesis 6. Faith is in God, Who controls the angels for our good. If it wasn't this way, we would all be dead already, rather than living a life that lasts almost 100 years. The biggest and most dangerous faith failure is, to not have faith in Jesus-salvation - that God through Jesus will raise us to eternal life at the last day.

If Trump had been wealthy enough, he wouldn't be in the trouble he is in, and the whole country wouldn't be in the country-wide trouble we all are in.

The free market IS free. In any competition, there is always a winner. Consider a game of chess. The winner is the one who is smarter and better prepared. Same with the free market. Some people simply are better organizers and sales people than other people. If the regulators of the market can't regulate in freedom, it isn't a free market. If they lie and somebody is harmed, sue them for the harm and damage they did through their regulating. But at least become wise enough so that you don't fall for their use of their freedom traps. You have that freedom in the free market. And so do they. Don't become hypocritical by trying to take their freedom away when you freely agreed to use what they offered.

So now, in addition to being raped by the 1st plank of the communist manifesto(the property tax) to fund the 10th plank of the Communist manifest (free government education) they will be stealing yet more to buy $10,000 defibrillators for each and every class room? Long live tyranny, socialism, and communism in Amerika.

Everything in court is done by agreement or contract, even if the agreement/contract is made by estoppel - https://www.youarelaw.org/Download/CorpusJurisSecundum-AttorneyClient.pdf and https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/estoppel. According to Rules of Court, there are some things that judges, attorneys, prosecutors and defendants, claimants and claimees, are not allowed to contract or agree away. Mostly, these have to do with rights of a man/woman. But who checks into the law to find out which of these rights have been contracted away, either on purpose (mostly by judges), or without the knowledge that it was done? | We need to learn the Rules of Court so that we understand when a judge is moving past his authority, and then call him out regarding it. Start by making sure you are in a Court of Record. Then, call him out by having a confederate sue him. With a properly done suit against a judge, the whole court case might be thrown out.

Even if not they are protected by Natural Law... Americans at one time understood very well that our rights did not come from the Bill of rights or the government.

The 2nd Amendment doesn't matter regarding firearms. Remember what all Amendments were. They were an addition by the first 13 States before they would ratify the Constitution. The Amendment that has been upheld all this time without much if any flack, is the 4th Amendment. Do you own the AR-15 in question? If you do, it isn't an AR-15 any longer, because it is private property. Unless government can show ownership of you or your private property, they have no authority over your private property, provided you haven't done any harm or damage with it. The trick that you use when they refer to your private property as an AR-15 is, "Cf." it - https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/cf. Make the statement that all talk that you do about your private property is Cf. with regard to your private property. That means that there might be some similarities to an AR-15, but it is your private property, not an AR-15.

This might be a very good thing.... I have not been able to wake up the stupid government educated MF'ers that live around me and call themselves Americans. Perhaps when it is too late to do things right and minimize loss of life, the stupid MF'ers will wake the flock up.

We are a nation of morons: How in hell does SCOTUS get jurisdiction on "child luring" when this sate power is not delegated in the Constitution? And the 10th amendment makes damn sure that it is reserved to the States? I mist reiterate... the average IQ of Americans seems to be around room temperature when they do not challenge even obvious things like this.
