We are a nation of morons: How in hell does SCOTUS get jurisdiction on "child luring" when this sate power is not delegated in the Constitution? And the 10th amendment makes damn sure that it is reserved to the States? I mist reiterate... the average IQ of Americans seems to be around room temperature when they do not challenge even obvious things like this.
