• Banned.video - Press for Truth - Dan DicksIn a shocking turn of events the Supreme Court of Canada ruled Friday that mandatory minimum sentences for child luring is unconstitutional and it violates the Charter of Rights' protection against cruel and unusual punishment.
A man who was convicted of having "illegal sexual intercourse" with a child had his sentence temporarily reduced from 1 year to 5 months (then switched back after an appeal) setting a new precedent in Canada for the normalization of pedophilia!

We are a nation of morons: How in hell does SCOTUS get jurisdiction on "child luring" when this sate power is not delegated in the Constitution? And the 10th amendment makes damn sure that it is reserved to the States?
