The BIG POINT that Gaetz is showing us is that we don't really need a central government in the USA. With communications and transportation the way they are in the world, let's do several things, and then shut down the Federal Government. Let's make all the State governments adopt the freedom tenets of the Federal Constitution into their State Constitutions in such a way that they can't ever be removed or overruled. Then, let's set up standard, regular communications between State governments to hash out problems between the States themselves. Then let's agree to a recall of our military from around the world, and set it ups as a on-call department of every State. Then, shut down the Federal Government and all companies that are federally designated>>> like the IRS and the Federal Reserve Bank. Let the people of the individual States operate their States as they want, without the threat of losing Federal funding.

Real "Law Enforcement".... is the Constitutional Militia (and the citizens grand jury) I am so tired of the misapplication of the term "Law Enforcement". The only "Law Enforcement" mentioned in the US Constitution is the Constitutional Militias of the several states mentioned in article 1, section 8, paragraph 15. What people call "Law Enforcement" are criminal thugs that will come to your home and murder you if you have not paid the property tax and you refuse to leave. The judge is probably right. When a person hires an attorney, he becomes a client of that attorney, except if the hiring contract states otherwise. When the person becomes a client, he has just become a ward of the court and turned over his trial to the judge and the attorneys. He no longer has any say regarding what goes on in his trial. If there is no agreement included in the contract, that there will be a jury, then the allowance for a jury is completely up to the judge and the attorneys. If they decide for whatever reason that there will NOT be a jury, then the decision is the judges. In other words, the jury right has been waved by the accused right at the time he hired the attorney and became a client of that attorney. It has been that way for a long time. I think American States need to take control of their own borders via sheriff's from the affected counties as well as the State National Guard units and disregard USA, Inc edicts that have no basis in Constitutional Law. The people of each State must demand de facto elected officials take control of the situation or be removed from Office, either by lawful process or by force. Each of the fifty States are independent, Nation States, and can take control of issues within their respective borders. USA, Inc. is a reckless, out of control entity and must be considered a foreign enemy, as defined in the original Constitution for the united States of America. It's time we take our country back from foreign influence!
