Gun Owners Score Major Legal Victories On Pistol Braces and Ghost Guns
• https://www.zerohedge.com by Tyler DurdenOne judge granted a preliminary injunction that halts the enforcement of the recent Biden Administration's pistol brace rule by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives on a nationwide basis, while another determined that the Biden administration did not have the authority to regulate 'ghost guns.'
On Wednesday, in the case Britto v. ATF, Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk of the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas issued a nationwide injunction halting the ATF's enforcement of the rule that redefines braced pistols as short-barreled rifles under the National Firearms Act.
Enacted earlier this year, the pistol brace rule would jail or fine tens of millions of law-abiding Americans who refused to reclassify their braced weapons as short-barreled rifles.

If you own your guns and gun-things, it's your private property, and it isn't what the government calls it. It's what you call it, because it is your property. Being your property, it is your right to call it what you want. Government words and names don't apply, unless you accept them, even if government names are exactly similar to the names you gave your property. So, government doesn't have a way to place a handle on your private property. It's your private property. In addition, you have the right to travel with your private property. If government names you on their paperwork (indictment, warrant) that you haven't signed or agreed to, they are acting against the 4th Amendment by invading your private property with their fake person they created. If they indict you - no harm or damage having been done by you - sue them for invasion of private property. It's 1st and 4th Amendment stuff.
