Only a people that do not know Natural Law, or are too dumb to understand the 27 words of the 2nd amendment , would call this a victory! "Shall not be infringed" --- clearly says that the Federal courts have zero jurisdiction in cases involving firearms. The 10th amendment says that jurisdiction goes to the State courts. Do some more due diligence Tyler Durden.

If you own your guns and gun-things, it's your private property, and it isn't what the government calls it. It's what you call it, because it is your property. Being your property, it is your right to call it what you want. Government words and names don't apply, unless you accept them, even if government names are exactly similar to the names you gave your property. So, government doesn't have a way to place a handle on your private property. It's your private property. In addition, you have the right to travel with your private property. If government names you on their paperwork (indictment, warrant) that you haven't signed or agreed to, they are acting against the 4th Amendment by invading your private property with their fake person they created. If they indict you - no harm or damage having been done by you - sue them for invasion of private property. It's 1st and 4th Amendment stuff.
