The meat from cows isn't the problem. It's the fat. Cut off the fat and it is good for you. Processed meats have more fat and use the most undesirable parts of the animal like chuck which has lots of fat. Marbled meat may taste more "juicy" or whatever but it is bad for you. So if you want a burger, buy a steak with little or no fat showing, cut what you can see off, then grind it up and you have steak burgers, yum. Buy organic too.
