Americans be surprised when you consider the Obama’s Government’s recent stepping up of domestic totalitarian activities and police state proposals since April? The Obama Government has asked for the power to wiretap without warrants everyone in America and indefinitely incarcerate Americans without probable cause. When one considers the following, you might wonder if U.S. Government is conditioning the public for a lock-down of America that includes government selectively intimidating and arresting Citizens that might or do speak out against or question government. Hear Obama’s own words, see Videotape below.   In April 2010 Obama during a national security speech, asked Congress for the power to indefinitely incarcerate Americans not based on evidence or probable cause, but because they might do something violent in the future. Apparently the Obama government wants to be the Thought Police. If Congress passes such a law, Government Provocateurs could terminate any free speech group or website by posting comments or sending a group’s members emails that could be used by government to criminalize an organization, to cause the incarceration of its members/associates because they allegedly might do something violent in the future, with no evidence whatsoever.

Obama intends to trash the Fourth Amendment, allowing FBI Warrantless searches of all Internet Activity including spying on emails and social chat rooms; warrantless wiretapping of all telephone and other electronic communications. Should you dare express an opinion—on the phone or in an email or post a comment that could be alleged to support violence, under Obama's proposed legislation you could be dragged off for indefinite detention. Obama intends to Mirror former East Germany’s Stasi Police; millions of Americans would be afraid to communicate by phone, email or talk to strangers, worry that someone might say something or send them an email that could cause their arrest if they don’t report it to police. The Obama government recently order hundreds’ of X-ray Vans to travel our streets, to secretly x-ray without warrants Citizens vehicles and peer into private homes, exposing American Families to X-rays. X-ray vans will allow government/police to see Citizens naked in their bedrooms. Americans need to ask Obama if independent studies were conducted to determine if Citizens could develop Cancer if (repeatedly exposed) to police X-raying their cars; or police repeatedly x-raying American families in their home. Continued Low Radiation Exposure is Accumulative and believed to cause Cancer. The medical community should be brought into this discussion to get their opinion about the X-ray vans.

Choking Off Your Right To Lawful Dissent: On March 4, 2010, John McCain introduced S.3081 The “Enemy Belligerent Interrogation, Detention, and Prosecution Act of 2010.” If passed, the government can use (suspicion) or less to curtail an individual’s Constitutional Protections against unlawful arrest, detention and interrogation without benefit of legal counsel and trial. According to McCain’s S.3081, Government would not be required to provide (detained Americans) Miranda Warnings or even an attorney. Americans could be interrogated and held indefinitely in military custody on mere suspicion of being an Unprivileged Enemy Belligerent suspected of; having engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners; or purposefully and materially (supported) hostilities against the United States; its coalition partners or civilians. “Materially Supporting Hostilities” against the United States could include any person or group that spoke out or demonstrated disapproval against an agency of U.S. Government; Government could allege attending a protest supported hostilities. When you read the McCain bill it appears “suspicion” is not necessary for government to detain and interrogate Americans. If the government is allowed warrantless wiretapping of Citizens’ phones, Internet Activity, e.g. email, any statement or comment could be taken out of context, used under McCain’s bill to deem someone supported or engaged in hostilities to cause their indefinite detention.

Obama just recently took action to stop the lawful return from South Korea of 100,000 World War II era, surplus M1 Carbine and M1 Grand antique rifles that were to be shipped to the curio firearms market in The States. The relic riffles are not considered an item purchased by drug cartels. Buyers of relic rifles have for decades been excluded from certain registration requirements; that has resulted in government not being able to track the weapons that can be assembled, hand loaded by collectors. It is apparent Obama does not want these relic riffles in the hands of American civilians?

When one views the sum of Obama’s recent actions and proposals that include curtailing the Fourth Amendment, allowing government illegal searches of Citizens, their homes without warrants using X-ray Vans; that Obama supports FBI/NSA Warrantless wiretaps of Citizens’ phone and other private electronic communications; Obama blocking Americans right to purchase relic riffles; McCain's bill S.3081 to detain forever Americans without probable cause, one must ask: Does the Obama Government intend a lock-down of America? Is the government moving in the direction of not yet declared martial law?
