Lemme see if I get this right.  "Healthcare oponents" have already attacked women, men, children, dogs, cats, old, young, rich, poor, able, disabled, tall, short, Democrats, Socialists, Communists, Fascists, Federalists and anything else that ends in "ist" - so, now that they have run out of people and things to attack, they're going after unions.
