What would have happened if Hank Paulson went to his old office for a "are you doing things I think you should be doing" looky-loo?

I'm going to go way out on a limb and say, "nothing". 

 So, you really think that Hugo has gone too far?  Ok, lemme ask you this:  how about if the Feds had audited the banks/Wall Street two years ago, come to the realization that they had been smuggling, hoarding, disloyal, monopolostic practices and they had nationalized them?  Where do you think we would be today, huh?

So, yeah, I know what you're trying to say but, perhaps, Hugo Chavez is a hell of a lot smarter than a whole bunch of corrupt, greedy, son of bitches Gringos in Wall Street and Washington.
