I have a solution to this problem:
1. Stop the imperialistic wars of expansion;
2. Stop giving Israel billions of dollars for their imperalistic wars of expansion;
3. Pay the Congresswhores by the hour and only for the actual hours they work.
With only these 3 little measures, they're going to have so much money left at the end of the year that they're not going to know what to do with it all.
