The thing that any court does first - especially courts of first appearance - is to ascertain the 'identity' of the persons in the case. Right from the start, the so-called defendant has to express that he is not the person on the indictment. The clear evidence is that the indictment person doesn't bleed when cut by a pen-knife, but the so-called defendant does bleed. Names, addresses, and other info on the indictment might be similar to info of the so-called defendant, and the judge might say something to the effect that the info on the indictment only represents the so-called defendant, but it doesn't if the so-called defendant doesn't accept such. If the signature of the so-called defendant isn't on the the indictment, the 'person' on the indictment isn't one of his persons, by 4th Amendment. Rather, the prosecutor and the judge have stolen some of his persons' info to make up a fake person - fake until the so-called defendant accepts that it is one of his persons.

I do not seek to argue with Pure Trust, but this is actually a somewhat simpler matter than he describes, but just as pernicious. Courts of first appearance only concern themselves with whether statutes were violated, NOT whether those statutes are legal in the first place. To the judiciary, that is what appellate courts are for. So nearly any judge in any initial court is going to tell you the same thing;...Constitutional matters are not argued here. Or at least that's what they tell you when they have a bias against your take on that particular Constitutional matter. If they have a bias in FAVOR of your Constitutional principle, they are more than happy to entertain it. But they are not REQUIRED to. Indeed, it is perfectly appropriate to present and argue and cite Constitutional arguments at any point in any court.

Generally speaking, and nowadays, the Amendments don't exist in a courtroom. Why not? Because the Contract Clause, and what it has been adjudicated to mean, supersedes the Amendments. It works like this. In other words, you have made a contract with the court to let it decide your case. You no longer have any say in the matter. The judge only has to follow the Amendments if she wants to, because it is now a case by contract, under contract law. This is part of the reason why Trump is having so many troubles in his trials. He contracted with the court to let the court decide. The court is acting as it is to bring Trump down, and to hide the info in this comment.

Whatever the government does, let it do. BUT, if a man or woman in government harms you by what they are doing, take them to court with a claim for compensation, not in a complaint. And don't use any representation, like an attorney, or representing yourself, even sui juris. Rather, simply stand as a man/woman in a claim against the government man or woman, requiring them to compensate you for the damage they did to you through their use of their office. Have a bunch of friends with you - friends who understand - as witnesses if the judge disallows you or your claim. Make it all simple, as simple as you can. Why? You might need to sue the judge with your friends as witnesses. Don't let yourself be drawn in to legal language. You don't understand it. "I don't understand. I have been harmed by that man/woman, and I want compensation."

When you make a contract with someone, both of you sign it. If you make an agreement that only you sign, if that agreement is controlled by the other party, how do you know he hasn't or isn't going to add something to the agreement? So, you possibly don't want agreements you sign with government, when there is no other government person signing, to be like a valid contract that they hold you to. The answer is to sign it 'non-assumpsit', your signature. Or you can get away with n-a. Why? It means 'no contract' in legalease, the language of the legal system. This might be a good idea for the Amish, who don't want to get all tied up into government hidden and assumed contracts.

It's something like what I have been telling people for a while, now. The plan is to locate the one-world government in Russia, because US people are simply too stubborn to let it happen here in America. The sanctions that were supposedly against Russia only cause relations between Russia and China and a bunch of other countries to grow. Russia actually grew stronger through the sanctions. With the capability that these other countries have, and with the BRICS ideas for a gold backed crypto, and with China and other countries stocking up on gold - does Trump really understand? Or is he part of the new one-world government? OR is he simply talking, to get more people on his side, and what he does when he takes office again will be something different?

Great Video. I love it. But there is a problem with the idea. So far, nobody has come up with a meaningful way that makes it work. Go to your average 'taxpayer', and ask him if he would stop paying taxes if he could. A whole bunch of them WANT taxes. Of course, if they were to see that their neighbor wasn't paying taxes, and that the process for getting out was safe, they might change their minds. So, what is the safe process that we can all use to stop being taxpayers? Once we find it, and once we use it, all our tax-loving taxpayer neighbors will join us. AGAIN, what or where is the process that really works safely?

Remember to get your foods from a good source. Freeze-drying doesn't remove pesticides and herbicides and other poisons that might have been sprayed onto the food while it was growing. Could it be that this flooding is being orchestrated by the controllers of the (at least) 19 HAARP installations worldwide? This means the people who run the banking system in the US. Why would they do it to Dubai? Maybe because of Pavel Durov, and his creation >>> Telegram. Pavel hasn't given back doors into Telegram to government like they have asked. And he lives in and runs his business out of Dubai. And the Telegram messaging system allows worldwide messaging between people and groups, all with privacy and encryption if they want it. Supposedly there are 900 million users worldwide. That's about 1/8th of the people alive.

Vulgar language may indeed be an ignorant attempt at being dynamic. However the most disgusting are administrative actions infringing upon unalienable rights and powers that inherently belong to the posterity that formed a more perfect Union and the several states therein. Public officials conspiring contrary to uphold and support the Constitution should be branded high crime and treason.

There is evidence in Ezekiel chapter 28 that God originally made Satan to be like a powerful babysitter to protect mankind on Earth. But Satan turned against God, and against mankind. God told Adam and Eve to NOT eat fruit from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. Why? Because it was Satan's modified tree. Satan tempted Eve to eat the fruit, and she did, and gave some to Adam. Then, the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized that they were naked. So they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves. | Personally, I think that Satan was a master geneticist. The fruit caused a change in the bodily appearance of Adam and Eve, in the way that they would reproduce offspring, to make them to be the way the angels reproduced. Satan did this to entice the 200 angels (the Watchers talked about in the Book of Enoch) to want to mate with women. The way Adam and Eve looked before they ate the fruit is not the same as the way people look today.

An interesting point in all of this is found throughout the Old Testament. Ancient Israel was made up of saved people who constantly fell away, ran into trouble from God, and returned back to God again. Many of the Satan worshipers of the USA are really fallen Jesus believers. God puts up with a lot, like He did for Ancient Israel. America's fallen haven't necessarily completely disowned Jesus. But they are going to get 'slapped', just like God slapped ancient Israel time and again, just to wake them up so that they turn back to Him. We, the believers, who haven't fallen away, might have to put up with the slapping just for being in proximity to those who are getting slapped.

The point is, the more money we send around the world, the more the dollar is devalued, and the greater the amount stolen from average Americans. The money already sent has probably devalued the dollar by one-half. Many people in Congress - and their business backers - will wind up owning much of the money going to Ukraine. But, Ukraine is already dead. So, this money going there has a different reason for going. Did we see the article where the US is moving out of Niger, and Russia is moving in? Soon Niger will be manufacturing arms for Russia, and making Big Bux doing it.

Percentages without figures to arrive at the breakdown is incomplete information. Are we using the military budget before add-ons and wartime extra exspenditures? How were the trillions spent on the "war on Terror" in Iraq, Afghanistan etc... figured?
