The point is, the more money we send around the world, the more the dollar is devalued, and the greater the amount stolen from average Americans. The money already sent has probably devalued the dollar by one-half. Many people in Congress - and their business backers - will wind up owning much of the money going to Ukraine. But, Ukraine is already dead. So, this money going there has a different reason for going. Did we see the article where the US is moving out of Niger, and Russia is moving in? Soon Niger will be manufacturing arms for Russia, and making Big Bux doing it.
