We are doomed.... The mindless NPC that are our doctors and nurses learned NOTHING from the last time. They are now enforcing the mask fear psy-op, and will do anything to "keep their jobs" even murder you and your family. Notice that all 3,141 POS called our country sheriffs, have not even opened a single murder investigation in this country. Most of "law enforcement" needs to be criminally charged themselves for allowing the murders to continue.

Having semi-automatic firearms is far from being properly armed and without training to fight as a unit (the militia) we are going to take enormous loses. I call bull shite on this. There were several things that set the table for this. The power grab that created SCOTUS judicial review in the 1804 to 1819 period. Perhaps most importantly the medical monopoly that Congress created for the Rockefeller family in 1913. Without a medical monopoly we would not even have big pharma.

This IMHO would be a great precedent. However the morons in their legislature have forgotten that you need a State Militia to enforce such decisions if it comes to that. As far as I know Missouri is the only state that has a functioning state militia at this time.

Worried about some members of Congress dying? What about the 600,000 or so Russian and Ukrainian soldiers those Congress people killed by financing the Ukraine war? If Ukraine hadn't gotten US and NATO money, the war would have died in the first couple of months or so, and most of those soldiers would be home celebrating the New Year, and preparing for Ivan Kupala Days - https://duckduckgo.com/?t=ffab&q=ivan+kupala+days&ia=web. As it is, there probably won't even be any Ivan Kupala Days celebration in Ukraine this year. These police might be half right. They are supposed to take the Oath of Office supporting the Constitution, which includes the Amendments. On the other hand, when you examine how Hawaii and Alaska were made into States, you find that they were made differently than the f8 States. Alaska and Hawaii are de facto States rather than de jure States as are the other, 48 States.

Courts will not interpret the Preamble to confer any rights or powers not granted specifically in the Constitution." Go to the site and read the Preamble. There is no other reason for the Constitution and the US Government to exist, other than what the Preamble says. That's why it is so extremely important for any of us to stand in court as a man/woman, unrepresented, so that we are not a person of the Government. Persons are documents and paperwork, not men or women, except when a man or a woman accepts being a person.

The question has to do with the wording and the intent of Gov Abbott's law. If the wording and intent is focused on the US border, it may be illegal. However, if it is focused on the Texas border only, it may be acceptable. After all, if any illegals can cross the US border into the nano space between the US border and the Texas border, let them. | However, if the crime is crossing the border, what are you after you have crossed? You are still a man or woman. If you stand as a man/woman unrepresented in court, the court has to show that you harmed someone or damaged property. The questions about how to handle this are difficult.

There aren't any employers desperate to hire. If they were, they would offer better wages and benefits, and maybe working conditions. Of course, they can't afford to, so what will happen? When some of those unemployed people stop liking their lack of money? They will go into business themselves.

This isn't the first time something like this happened. There is a difference, however. Read Genesis 6, and all of Genesis to see when it happened before. The sons of God are really angels (aliens) who came to Earth. God didn't like what they did, and destroyed them. Now, we are doing it ourselves. Or is it aliens working through some of us. The point is that mankind won't ever be destroyed. Jesus, who has authority over everything, will return at the proper time to stop the evil of the aliens and of those who follow them. Search Youtube on words like "Archon" and "Nephilim" and "The Book of Enoch."

Thank you for your Constructive Criticism. You may notice that the show went almost 3 hours. I knew and arranged with David Webb for a long show so that we Both would be able to fully express ourselves. He agreed. And I'm of the opinion that he appreciated the conversation. I hope you'll find several more revelations from Mr. Webb via this recording than in any of his other shows. This issue has been a splinter in my mind since 2008 and I was going to ask all the questions I always wanted to of someone in the know and was going to share all my thoughts and experiences about the coming Great Taking for David Webb to respond to. Any other show that I can link to of David Webb on this issue that anyone can send me that has as much information and relevance I will gladly promote on this site and link here on this Show Archive. *** Enforcing a "law" should not protect criminals from prosecution. The guards at Auschwitz claimed that they were innocent of wrong doing when they gassed Jews because "it was the Law". The same should be applied to those criminals that enforce the so called property tax, which is really the the 1st plank of the Satanic Communist Manifesto. Put me on a jury and I will vote to have hanged by the neck until dead, anyone involved in this evil. Claiming that they were just following the law doesn't cut it any more than when the Nazi's tried that line during the Nuremberg trials.

Legalizing something is only one of three options. But it is not the best. Option 2 is to make it illegal. Option 3 is to legalize it. Both of these options take control and freedom away from the people. Option 1, which means freedom for the people, is to repeal all legalization or illegalization. Option 3 means hands-off by the government, so that people can do what they want freely. Option 2 is not the best because it still makes government the controller. | If anybody uses his freedom to harm someone else, sue him for his wrongdoing. If he harms someone because he is high on marijuana, sue him for his wrongdoing, and make the penalty fit the crime, not simply because he used marijuana.

If Colorado does not allow a write-in line on the presidential ballot, or if they do not count a vote for Trump on the write-in line, the people need to sue Colorado government officials man-to-man in Federal Court.

Seems to me that what Randeau is saying in the comment below is that the students all prepaid their loans. And mortgage borrowers the same. So, if they prepaid their loans, there isn't any first payment due, since the loans were already paid off with the prepayment. Rather, those who make payments on their loans are really paying their loans off the second time. What this proves is that the banks that claim to be failing, or are said to be failing, are really lying to us all. It's a banking scam legalized by the US government.

Seems like more and more, the government is defining words and terms to mean specific things that the people don't understand that they mean. Looks like we are all going to have to preface everything that we say and write - especially in regard to contact with government - that whatever we say and write only means what we want it to mean, and doesn't mean anything that government says it means, except that we explicitly say that it does. Might even be best to file paperwork stating this with the government and the clerk of the court where we live, and place an ad in the business newspaper for our State or locality, leaving the ad in there for several months.

Is it insurrection against the United States when you use US law and the Constitution to oppose others who are using the same in ways that you don't agree with? ArtI.S10.C1.5 Contract Clause: "No State shall enter into any ... Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts..." Isn't all law and Constitution effective for you by your contracting into it? If someone else holds you to the Constitution, and you don't express your opposition to it, haven't you AGREED to what they say by not contradicting them with regard to yourself? And hasn't the Contract Clause been adjudicated to mean that if you have the right to contract 'in', then you have the right to contract 'out'? The people don't have to agree with the Colorado Supreme Court. They can write Trump's name in. This is simply another piece of advertising by the Dems to make Trump look bad. That's all it is. It might backfire on the Dems.

The Student Loan fraud is the same deception as the Home Mortgage fraud. If you didn't get a check at the time of the Loan's inception, you never got a loan from the "Lender". The Borrower's signature funded the loan and the "Lender" merely input the Borrower's Promissory Note (which is Legal Tender) into an account unknown to the "Borrower", then transferring the Promissory Note Deposit value to the student's account or in the case of a mortgage, payment is made from the unknown account to the property seller. Essentially, the Loan is loaned into existence and the Loan is funded by the Borrower. Ultimately, the Borrower is the Lender and the Lender is the Borrower. Author Thomas Schauf describes these transactions quite clearly in his books on banking fraud. Thomas Schauf is/was an Expert Witness CPA, supporting Borrowers in the proceedings fraudulently brought in Foreclosure against deceived home-buyers. Do some research and discover the Truth about any "Bank Loans".

Why did Russia have $300 billion in locations where it could be seized by the US and NATO? Because Russia was playing ball with the US and NATO. Russia wasn't trying to fight the US and NATO. Russia was trying to peacefully trade with the US and NATO. It was the US and NATO that broke their peaceful trade with Russia by instigating the war through Ukraine, and then jumping onto the Russian $300 billion. The US and NATO have been after Russian property for years, while at the same time failing to adhere to agreements to not expand NATO in the direction of Russia. As we can see, it is backfiring on the US and NATO. And when the backfire gets big enough, it will hurt, maim, and kill Americans.
