From Cornell University - https://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/preamble - "The Preamble to the Constitution is an introductory, succinct statement of the principles at work in the full text. It is referred to in countless speeches, judicial opinions, and in a song from Schoolhouse Rock. Courts will not interpret the Preamble to confer any rights or powers not granted specifically in the Constitution." Go to the site and read the Preamble. There is no other reason for the Constitution and the US Government to exist, other than what the Preamble says. That's why it is so extremely important for any of us to stand in court as a man/woman, unrepresented, so that we are not a person of the Government. Persons are documents and paperwork, not men or women, except when a man or a woman accepts being a person.
