Curiously, the federal government is not pursuing the capture of the Fencecutterbulwark, Ray Epps or the Pipe Bomber. Video shows Fencecutterbulwark methodically cutting down and then rolling up "restricted area" fencing around the Capitol lawn before Trump's speech was over. Ordinarily, the grounds surrounding the Capitol are not restricted, and it was only due to the fact that police erected barriers and fencing for January 6th that those entering the designated restricted zone could be charged with "trespassing." The provocateur created a legal booby trap, inviting thousands of people to unknowingly cross into the restricted zone whereupon they became vulnerable to indictments for "trespassing." Fencecutterbulwark remains unidentified and unindicted. Another unindicted provocateur was a man wearing a blue hat who is known as ScaffoldCommander because he directed people to climb the scaffolding that was erected for the media and he incited the crowd to go inside and fill up the Capitol.
