Edward Snowden: "I Can Sleep at Night"

Edward Snowden is telling the American public that he is a patriot. In the first interview conducted with the NSA whistleblower since he migrated to Russia, Snowden said what he did was right. He also denied having any agreement with the Russian government to transfer information. The former NSA contractor said, "I have no relationship with the Russian government at all. I'm not supported by the Russian government. I'm not taking money from the Russian government. I'm not a spy." Keith Alexander, the former NSA director, had a different opinion of Snowden's relationship to Moscow. He said "I think he is now being manipulated by Russian intelligence." Snowden claims he destroyed classified documents before traveling to Russia, where he has stayed since October 2013.
