IRS to Jail Woman Who Owes $0 in Taxes, Seeks Jury Nullification

• activistpost.com
On Monday, her jury is expected to return with a verdict on her contempt charge. If she’s found guilty, she will go to jail.

The IRS put her husband Pete in jail for 3 years; it is anxious to do the same to Doreen.

Doreen’s charge? Not signing a Form 1040. That’s it.Talk about a non-crime.

A 1040 is a legal document that you sign under penalty of perjury:
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have examined this return and accompanying schedules and statements, and to the best of my knowledge and belief, they are true, correct, and complete.
It is signed under penalties of perjury because a Form 1040 is your sworn legal testimony regarding your income taxes. If you lie on a form 1040, you will go to jail. How ironic.

If we are going to have Government agencies attacking us, we may as well start resisting right from the start of it. The start of it is the assumption that I am the person being served, or being attacked by a Government agency.

For example. If a Government agency (or anyone) attacks you legally, they need to apply a name to you so that they know who they are talking about - so that they know that it isn't someone else. If they don't have your name, they will try to rename you with the name JOHN DOE or JANE DOE, or something else.

This is the first place to resist. "It is not me." Until they can come up with affidavits from folks who can, with full knowledge, state that JOHN or JANE DOE is you, they can't legally refute your affidavit stating that it is NOT you.

The people at http://www.teamlaw.net/, among others, have clearly shown that "your" Social Security account is a different person than you are. You don't have the Social Security number. The SS account does. It isn't you when they attack you. It's the Social Security account they are attacking. Don't agree with them that it is you.

Look up the definition of the word "appearance" in the legal encyclopedia, Corpus Juris Secundum. Within the description of the word "appearance" are court cases that state that THEY can't address the issue that they are coming after you for, until they have determined two things: 1) that they have the right person; 2) that you have agreed to make an appearance before them - which means that you agree to the judge deciding your case. Fight them on both of those issues.

You may not win, but you stand a much bigger chance of tiring them out, of running up their bill (court cases are expensive for Government to bring and hear), and of winning on the issue that they are trying the wrong person, or that there is disagreement about the validity of those who are bringing the case against you.

Don't give up. Continually state that you do not accept making an appearance, and that they have the wrong person. Until they decide who the right person is to have on trial, or until you agree that you accept them to judge your case, they can't even start the trial - even if you are guilty as all get-out.
