“Greater Israel”: The Zionist Plan for the Middle East

• http://www.globalresearch.ca, By Israel Shahak
According to the founding father of Zionism Theodore Herzl, “the area of the Jewish State stretches: “From the Brook of Egypt to the Euphrates.”  According to Rabbi Fischmann,  “The Promised Land extends from the River of Egypt up to the Euphrates, it includes parts of Syria and Lebanon.”

When viewed in the current context, the war on Iraq, the 2006 war on Lebanon, the 2011 war on Libya, the ongoing war on Syria, not to mention the process of regime change in Egypt, must be understood in relation to the Zionist Plan for the Middle East. The latter consists in weakening and eventually fracturing neighboring Arab states as part of an Israeli expansionist project.

“Greater Israel” consists in an area extending from the Nile Valley to the Euphrates.

The Zionist project supports the Jewish settlement movement. More broadly it involves a policy of excluding Palestinians from Palestine leading to the eventual annexation of both the West Bank and Gaza to the State of Israel.

People write about all kinds of topics. The topic of "Israel" is important for one major reason. This reason is that the original Israel was the ONLY nation made directly by God Almighty. And His reason for making it was to create for ALL people, and then show to ALL people, the way to eternal life. This job being done, and the Jews as a nation rejecting it, there is no need for Israel any longer.

The only two reasons that Israel exists today are: 1) God will not allow Himself to be dishonored among the nations by totally wiping the name of Israel from the earth; 2) A bunch of people are using the name, Israel, to exploit a whole lot of other people because of their ignorance about the significance of Israel.

The Greek word "Christian" would be synonymous with the Hebrew word "Messiah-ian" if such a word existed. The reason the word "Messiah-ian" doesn't exist is that the nation of Israel is supposed to be the nation of Messian-ians. Problem is, the Jews in the nation of Israel basically believe in the Messiah as talked about in the Old Testament, and then they reject Jesus of the New Testament, thereby rejecting the Messiah that they claim to believe in.

Jesus spoke about these people - the people of our later Israel - when He spoke about the church of the Laodiceans in the Revelation.

Revelation 3:14-18 (NIV):

14 “To the angel of the church in Laodicea write:

These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God’s creation. 15 I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! 16 So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth. 17 You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked. 18 I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see.

The point is, as the people of the early New Testament church believed that the end was near - Jesus said in the Revelation (NIV), “Yes, I am coming soon.” - Jesus HAS come soon for each and every person in the whole world. How can this be? considering that Jesus has not returned, yet, in almost 2,000 years. Jesus has come for everyone when that person dies. Why? Because the next thing each and every person will see after death is Jesus calling him/her out of the grave in the resurrection.

A one-hundred-year lifespan may seem like a long time. But it is short in the scheme of time. So, the coming of the Messiah to each one of us is short... only the length of whatever lifespan you happen to have. Are you ready to meet Him?

The plan for Greater Israel goes back to the Old Testament, but it's as fresh as today because it's frankly the only way there can be permanent peace in the Middle East, with the horrible Muslim World disintegrating and making room for Greater Israel, and the ex-Muslims asking the Shining State of Israel's help to rejoin the human race, experience the life-changing transformation of a lifestyle lift.

First, evaluate the source(s):  http://frontpagemag.com/2010/steven-plaut/the-pathology-of-jewish-anti-semitism/

Then, note that this "Plan" predates "Zionism by 3600 years, and is highly conditional:

The Elders of Zion say "Boo!"
