Again, a non-repealable, non-bypassable amendment to the Constitution. One that details the punishments that Government people receive when they violate the Constitution. One that includes only very few monetary punishments, but many public whipping punishments, some prison time punishments, and a substantial number of execution punishments for Constitution violations.
