Earlier this month, a 26-year-old veteran of the Marine Corps, Jose Guerena, was shot dead in a SWAT raid on his home. Guerena didn't fire on police officers, and was a veteran of two tours. The conduct of the police officers in question is a point of argument in the incident. Here is the proof: Jose Guerena did not shoot at SWAT team that killed him, newstype.com.

The title of this story is incorrect, it says this is a tragedy.... it was actually a "MURDER" .

In a perfect World his relatives would own the town and every Police Officer involved would be up on murder charges for this assasination. 

Well, we don't need to worry about over-population!

Over-doses of legal and illegal drugs are killing off the people, as well as the para-military who can't seem to keep from killing suspects... innocent before proven guilty.

And then there is Big Pharma who won't allow the use of medical drugs that work... all because they want some more money.

After all the research and articles I've read, this is what stands out in my mind from this one:

"Two weeks later, the department corrected its statement. Guerena had not fired at officers, it said. An assault rifle !! but was unfired, its safety on." - Does this mean he did not have the rifle in his posession!?!

"That peace was shattered when SWAT team members busted open the door that morning and tossed "flash-bang" grenades inside, documents show." - Did you see any flash-bang in the video?  Use of a FB usually is you see it thrown in, everyone braces for the bang, followed by all parties shuffling into the building.  We see none of this in the video.

and finally

"A video released late Thursday was filmed from inside the armored vehicle. With music playing, officers pulled up to the house, quickly gathered at the front door as the siren was blown and, !!, called out "Police" in English and Spanish." - If they called out 'Police' then why wouldn't it be OBVIOUSLY HEARD CLEARLY IN THE VIDEO INSTEAD OF BEING 'ACCORDING TO RECORDS'!!!  If I can't hear them announce themselves from a helmetcam so many feet behind the lead Team Members OUTSIDE, what chance does anyone INSIDE have of hearing it through the door?  And another thing - why do we have the footage from the helmetcam WAY IN THE BACK instead of releasing the LEAD TEAM MEMBER'S footage?  DUH - you get the info they WANT you to have!

erupted. The public now has proof that there was a siren and that SWAT officers did identify themselves; what Ms. Guerena actually heard, or thought
she heard, only she can say. The Sheriff's Department confirmed earlier that the team expended 71 rounds in those seven seconds. The family initially
said Guerena suffered 60 hits. On Friday afternoon the medical examiner's office told KGUN9 News by phone thatits report, once it's issued, will show
22 wounds. The release of these facts answered key questions but did not succeed in ending the debate. The story has now gone international, and locally,
KGUN9 viewers are even more vocal now than they were before. Comments have been flooding in. Now here is the unrelated but related viscous joke! Three
days ago a drug raid was upon sheriffs deputy's "three".One was caught with "ten pounds" of heroin an auto weapons,the other two are women deputy's.
The male take in into custody well his "home",contained besides the heroin,$200,00.00 in U.S. cash dollars.The heroin probably was heading to places
like "NEW YORK"!By so called "ENFORCEMENT",gone or all along "BAD".lowell thomas would have a field day with todays society in a book called
"INSIDE THE UNITED STATES"! Facto !

I guess it takes an Oathkeeper to get the state's "newspaper of record" to (badly) cover this shooting.

Actually the wife needs to file a federal civil rights lawsuit now to secure ALL video, audio, cell phone  logs, radio calls, logs, reports and metadata.  Before it disappears.

This whole fiasco amounts to, at best, gross negligent homicide!

You can see other officers are wearing helmet cams as well. Officers that are closer to the action and who's video and audio probably shows more. Yet all we have received is this far behind video and audio track that doesn't tell us much. I want all the video and audio!!!!!!

Yelling "Police" shouldn't be a shield for a no knock raid. Heck, is that all Bad Guys got to do to render a victim totally incapacitated?

If you want to 'announce' yourself, you can do it a lot better than with a boot through the door.

The sheriff’s department maintains that Guerena was holding an AR-15 when the paramilitary force fired 71 bullets in his home, but other key parts of the government story have collapsed. While PCSD initially claimed Guerena fired the weapon he was alleged to have been holding, the department now says it was a misfire by one of the deputies that caused this deadly group panic inside a home containing a woman and a toddler: 

A deputy's bullet struck the side of the doorway, causing chips of wood to fall on his shield. That prompted some members of the team to think the deputy had been shot, [PCSD spokesman Michael] O'Connor said.

Since there were three other simultaneous coordinated raids that time it would be interesting to hear them as well, eh? Goes to a pattern of training...as well as what is still (?) legally required when you kick in someone's home.

Well, you know what this means?  

Those helmet cams have got to go.
