My little speakers on my laptop suck. What agency were they from? What was their stated purpose for visiting with Mr. Black?
As a matter of tactics, it is pretty routine for law enforcement officers and agents, in the name of securing their own personal safety and security, to demand that everyone but themselves disarm. Yes, it is arrogant, but accepted by the courts, who have backed them up as being reasonable in demanding such things.
