Low Cost ? Fair? If sounds to good to be true, It probably Isn't. , the rich banker types won't get richer,It's fundamentally flawed and Is doomed to failure...IMHAO

 A low-cost, fair and vaiable solution would never work.  Greed is the cornerstone of Capitalism.  Them greed mongers will make sure it will never pass if there's nothing in it for them.
