Tennessee State Guard commander Richard Hamblen said it's his Second Amendment right as part of a militia to convert assault rifles into fully automatic weapons. The Sixth US Circuit Court of Appeals disagreed.

Damn it! How's a guy ever expected to cause chaos and mayhem when he's not even permitted to bear an unlicensed machine gun? Next thing you know, they'll be banning unlicensed tanks and bazookas and even nukes. Unbelievable!
