Judge Thrash held that merely carrying a concealed firearm justifies
such detention and disarmament. He wrote in his opinion that
"possession of a firearms license is an affirmative defense to, not an
element of, the crimes of boarding [MARTA] with a concealed weapon and
carrying a concealed weapon."

Yep, the sheeple would do themselves a big favor by doing a little research into a Cuban law known as "La ley contra la peligrosidad" so that they can see where the wonderful Untied States of Amnesia is heading. Won't be long now before the fair Amerikans, much like they're hated Communists enemies to the South, start implementing laws that allow to deem someone a criminal before they actually commit a crime, throw them in jail and make a criminal out of them before they have a chance to commit any crime. It will be interesting to watch but the contractors who run the state-owned prisons will be as happy and rich as clams at high tide
