Patrick Swayze always struck me as a fundamentally decent man.  A talented professional, who worked hard, never seemed to take himself too seriously, and faced tragedy and death with great dignity.  He will be missed.

Honestly, I don't know why I put this up.   never post celebrity news, even obits.  But for whatever reason I always liked Swayze.  Not that I thought he was in a lot of great movies.  Or was a super star.  I just did.  I was sorry to read over a year ago that he was diagnosed with incurable cancer.  I was not surprised to see him continue to work.
