Y'all shall remember that, not too long ago, Timothy McVeigh was one of these "patriots" running around, waving weapons and claiming whatever it was that he was claiming while he bombed buildings full of innocent children inside.

 I agree with everything Robert1963 says except for one contradiction in terms:  It is not a "constitutional" militia unless the State appoints the officers.  See Art. I Sec. 8, U.S. Constitution.  That doesn't mean it is illegal otherwise, unless prohibited by state law.  It just means it is not "constitutional."  See Title 26 of the Arizona Revised Statutes for more information.  (Also, the so-called "Viper Militia" were not a militia; they were just some good old boys screwing around and calling themselves that for the fun of it.)

 The communist/socialists are really scared aren't they! They rant all day long about violations of constitutional rights by the govt but yet when a group of people actually put the Bill Of Rights in to practice, such as forming a Constitutional 2nd amendment militia, these same ranters about constitutional rights violations, can't handle it! I wonder how they would feel by having their 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th amendments totally squashed? Lucky for them, us wackos as they sooooo moronically call us, which numbers in to the 10's of millions are the ONLY thing standing between them and the govt totally squashing all Constitutional rights! They are just a bunch of unthankful uneducated bafoons! I for one can promise the bafoon writing this bullshit news story, that i make plenty more $$$ than he does so to say only poor minimun wagers are the only ones that join militia's is totally without merit! I could turn around and say that the only people that support Obama are the minimum wagers who want their govt check, hollywood stars that have been married too manyt times to count sniffing coak on the movie set, the big banks that want to suck the middle class workers dry of their hard earned money! But then again if I went down the road of name calling because my points were not grounded in fact that would put me in league with the trash that wrote this supposed news story!
