The Goose Creek bombers are in the news again. First, they were caught outside a naval base with pipe bombs. Now, one of the bombers's brother was discovered relaying coded messages throught the jailhouse video cameras. What was he saying?[video

Not a lawyer or even sure that an appeals judge would even hear the argument. It just struck me odd that a judge would express a presumption of guilt at a bail hearing.
