THAT'S an astute observation! Are you putting two and two together, or are you an attorney? I had to go back over the video to pick that up.

Not a lawyer or even sure that an appeals judge would even hear the argument. It just struck me odd that a judge would express a presumption of guilt at a bail hearing.
