Evidenced Based Vaccinations?

It is extremely difficult for people to accept positions which run counter to their belief systems.  This concept proves itself with the flu vaccine.  After decades of indoctrination by government bureaucrats, the vaccine industry, assorted health care professionals, and the media the people have acquired a pro vaccine belief system.  Most feel that vaccines are all good and have no meaningful side effects.  After all, vaccines studies are evidence based scientific studies done by experts.

So, when CDC bureaucrats recently trumpeted that flu vaccines were proven to be 60% effective what was not to like?   But wait.  Before getting in the flu shot line how about getting a second opinion?  After all, another common belief system is that getting a second opinion or a second quote is a good idea.  Surely personal or family health is of major importance and is deserving of more thought.  Surely health care professionals need to have the facts and not simply practice via peer pressure.  Surely media journalists need to be viewed as credible and not simply as parrots of vaccine industry marketing.

Let’s get the opinion from someone who has actually read the scientific evidenced based

PDF file from the Lancet which conducted the research.   His name is Mike Adams at www.naturalnews.com  .  His analysis which is found on this website indicates that the scientific flu study report clearly states that the flue vaccines only prevent the flu in 1.5 out of every 100 adults.  This means it is proven effective in 1.5% and not the 60% which has been widely reported in the news.

The Adams scientific review explains how this studies numbers were massaged and then used to statistical advantage. He provides information on side effects and on the seven credibility problems with the study.

Everyone deserves a second opinion before getting, promoting or giving the shot.
