Hegemon USA to Reoccupy Haiti?

Few people anywhere endured more misery over a longer duration than long-suffering Haitians.

For hundreds of years, they've been immiserated by oppression, slavery, despotism, colonization, reparations, embargoes, sanctions, deep poverty, starvation, unrepayable debt, natural calamities and the scourge of US domination and exploitation.

For weeks, Haitians have been protesting against deeply corrupted,  oppressive rule by US-installed puppet, Ariel Henry, demanding his ouster.

They also demand the removal of exploitive NGOs.

Operating most public services, they stole millions of dollars for self-enrichment at the expense of impoverished Haitians they don't give a damn about.

Last month, imperial tool UN secretary general, Antonio Guterres, falsely blamed ordinary Haitians for what's going on instead of their oppressors. 

In cahoots with his US master, he called for returning oppressive peacekeeping paramilitary forces to the country.

So-called Blue Helmets are supposed to "help countries torn by conflict create conditions for sustainable peace," according to their UN mandate.

Instead, wherever deployed, they function as ruthless occupiers.

From 2004 - 2017, the so-called UN Stabilization Mission to Haiti (MINUSTAH) was a virtual US militarization and occupation of Haiti operation to support a coup d'etat regime after the empire of lies and forever wars ousted democratically elected Jean-Bertrand Aristide — killing or otherwise eliminating anyone connected to his Fanmi Lavalas party.

At the time, US marines and foreign troops showed up to intimidate, terrorize, crush resistance, solidify coup d'etat rule, and destroy Haitian democracy under Aristide.

They ended political, economic and social reforms he instituted in healthcare, education and all else related to what just societies most cherish. 

MINUSTAH and reconstituted Haitian National Police death squads ruthlessly terrorized Haitians by targeted assassinations, disappearances, torture, unlawful arrests and incarcerations.

Wanting continued hegemon USA control of Haiti, the Biden regime State Department said the following last weekend:

On Saturday, US and Canadian military aircraft delivered "tactical and armored vehicles, and supplies to Haitian National Police" death squads.

US and vassal state Canada's exploitive involvement in Haiti is longstanding.

Last Saturday's delivery had nothing to do with aiding "the flow of critically-needed humanitarian assistance (or) protecting and serving the Haitian people (sic)."

Along with what follows, it's all about maintaining US imperial control over the island state and millions of oppressed, exploited, impoverished people.

On October 17 at UN Security Council session on what's happening in Haiti, Russia's Deputy UN envoy, Dmitry Polyansky, said the following:

"Meddling in the political processes in Haiti, bringing the country under the control of ambitions of known regional players, which consider the American continent as their interior court, is unacceptable."

"Many opposition-minded groups urge preventing foreign (military or paramilitary peacekeeping) intervention."

"We urge to take into account such views and thoroughly weigh all consequences of bringing foreign forces of international and regional formats to the island."

In cahoots with his US master, Guterres last week called for deployment of "a rapid action force" of paramilitarized peacekeepers — to support Haitian National Police death squads.

What Haiti and its long-suffering people need they only had while Aristide served them as president — never under longstanding US-installed oppressive rule.

At this time, a Biden regime drafted Security Council resolution calls for "the immediate deployment of a (paramilitarized) multinational rapid action (peacekeeping) force" — to maintain exploitive US control over the nation and its people.

That's where things are heading — either to keep selected, not elected, puppet Ariel Henry in power or another US-installed imperial tool to serve its interests.
