Biden Regime AG Garland Wants First Amendment Rights Abolished

Speech, media and academic freedoms are the hallmarks of free and open societies.

Without them, all other rights are threatened — what's increasing the new abnormal in the US/West.

Silencing or otherwise attacking critics of draconian government policies is all about suppressing what conflicts with the fabricated official narrative and policies intended to harm, not protect, in breach of the rule of law.

Will criminalization of crucial to know truth-telling follow — especially on all things flu/covid, the most important issue of all-time?

Biden regime AG Merrick Garland is part of the problem.

An enemy of equity and justice for all, not a supporter, he invented what he falsely called "a disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence against" school board members, administrators, teachers and staff.

He directed the FBI, along with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies, to investigate and target individuals engaged in what the First Amendment protects — the right of free expression, to assemble peacefully and petition government for redress of grievances.

He also intends to announce what he called "actions to address (an) uptick in criminal conduct against school officials" that doesn't exist.

His draconian remarks came in response to a letter by the National School Boards Association (NSBA) lobbying group to the Biden regime.

It falsely cited threats of violence against US school board members it equated to domestic terrorism and hate crimes (sic).

It called for "discuss(ing) strategies" — to include electronic surveillance and undercover operations — "for addressing (a nonexistent) disturbing trend."  

Founded and headed by Patrick Wood, Citizens for Free Speech (CFFS) is an organization committed to protect and preserve constitutional rights guaranteed by the First Amendment.

In response to what's going on, he explained the following:

The Garland-led DOJ is at war with parents who want the rights of their school-aged children protected on issues that include draconian flu/covid policies in place to harm them.

The NSBA's letter to the Biden regime included a litany of bald-faced Big Lies that are all about wanting critics of draconian US policies silenced and perhaps criminalized — for exercising their First Amendment rights as constitutionally permitted.

Wood explained that US school boards (nationwide) are largely elected by parents of students."

Their "meetings are open to the public," including parents for their input with rights of their children in mind.

Policies instituted by school boards may not be made "secret(ly) without due process (or) public scrutiny."

In response to the unacceptable NSBA letter, Wood explained that Parents Defending Education (representing 427,000 parents of school-aged children) responded sharply, saying:

"We will not be bullied. We will not have our speech chilled." 

"We have a constitutional right to petition our elected officials, and we will continue to do so."

GOP Florida Governor Ron DeSantis slammed Garland, saying:

He's extrajudicially "weaponizing the DOJ by using the FBI to silence concerned parents by stalking and intimidating them," adding: 

"Florida will protect the free speech rights of its citizens and will not allow federal agents to suppress dissent."

Citizens for Free Speech stressed that parents of school-aged children — all others and everyone — should resist attempts to compromise or otherwise undermine rights guaranteed under international and constitutional law.

Garland and other Biden regime hardliners want them eliminated in pursuit of their diabolical agenda.

Mass resistance as the rule of law permits is the only option.
