Redefining Tyranny

Despotic abuse of power is what tyranny is all about. 

It includes usurping power and ruling extrajudicially.

From election theft to breaching international and constitutional law by destroying public health, labeling mass-jabbing refuseniks as domestic terrorists, abolishing the rule of law, and replacing it with despotism, the Biden regime redefined tyranny. 

Ruling extrajudicially without majority consent, it's hellbent for eliminating what little remains of a free and open USA. 

Resisting tyranny is a universal right and obligation.

Jefferson called "(r)esistance to tyranny obedience to God."

In the Declaration of Independence, he called for abolishing and replacing unjust governments.

So did Madison saying "in case of deliberate, palpable, and dangerous exercise of other powers, not granted by the (Constitution), the States who are parties thereto, have the right and are duty bound, to interpose for arresting the progress of the evil, and for maintaining within their respective limits, the authorities, rights and liberties appertaining to them."

Philosopher John Locke argued that when government fails the people, its "trust (is) forfeited, and (its) power devolve(s) (to) the hands of those that gave it, who may place it anew where they shall think best for their safety and security."

MLK stressed that "noncooperation with evil is as much a moral obligation as is cooperation with good."

Advocating creative protest(s)," he called "passivity…no option in the face of injustice."

Civil disobedience advocate for challenging injustice, Henry David Thoreau, said "(t)he only obligation which I have a right to assume is to do at any time what I think right."

When "unjust laws exist… no one has a duty to surrender (their) conscience to injustice."

Ralph Waldo Emerson called for resisting unjust laws.

Biden regime hardliners redefined tyranny by waging war on public health and abandoning the rule of law altogether.

It unilaterally and extrajudicially mandated health-destroying jabs for  federal workers, staff of US contractors, employees of businesses with 100 or more workers, and healthcare workers of entities receiving Medicare or Medicaid payments.

Its mandates breached the Nuremberg Code, other international and constitutional law that protect the sovereignty of our bodies.

They circumvented the 14th Amendment's Due Process Clause that includes the right to refuse medical treatments.

They ignored the constitutional right to inviolable bodily integrity and autonomy that no one may legally circumvent.

They pretend to be all about protecting health when destroying it is their hidden aim.

As mandated by international law, no one may usurp control over our bodies.

No one may may mandate what's experimental and risks harm.

No one may deny the right of parents or legal guardians to protect the right of children.

On all things health related, we the people have sole authority to choose what to accept or reject.

That's what voluntary consent is all about as mandated by the Nuremberg Code — that's automatically constitutional law.

No president, Congress or courts to the highest level may legally circumvent it.

If control over our own bodies and other core freedoms are lost, the last vestiges of a free society will go with them.

That's where things are perilously heading without mass resistance against what no one should voluntarily relinquish — what everyone should to all out to preserve.
