Crazy megalomaniacs or those associated with them WANT to tell you exactly what they are going to do and how it is going to go down.  They can't NOT tell you.  Their sociopathic egos cannot keep silent, they are compelled to publicize how they are going to "help" you.

Orwell, Huxley and Welles were all Fabian Socialists.  All tin pot dictators of the 20th century wrote books as well.  Star Wars was just the opening salvo of the 21st century.
