Very important that you watch the full interview. Sheriff Mack's new book The County Sheriff - America's Last Hope presents a plan with which we can avert catastrophe brought about by domestic enemies in the federal government. The full interview can be seen at Action For Liberty Website
An amendment to a bill swiftly moving through the US Congress will
allow the Obama Administration’s Attorney General to classify Americans
as domestic terrorists if they are pro-life, pro-gun and anti-big
government.
Fifty-seven percent (57%) of Americans say gun sales are up in the United States because of a fear of increased government restriction on gun ownership.
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey shows that just 23% say gun sales have risen because of a fear of increased crime. Twenty-one percent (21%) are not sure.
Sixty-three percent (63%) of men say the threat of more gun control is behind increased sales, compared to 51% of women. Fifty-nine percent (59%) of whites agree, while African-Americans are more closely divided on the question.
Perhaps even
more alarming to Constitutionalists and civil libertarians than an “eye
in the sky” with carte blanche authority to surveil, is the fact that
the door to door firearms checks come at the behest of a foreign
government Mexico.
In front of a run-down shack in north Houston, federal agents step from
a government sedan into 102-degree heat and face a critical question:
How can the woman living here buy four high-end handguns in one day?
Citing that expert witnesses and other matters presented to the jury were done so in error, case is sent back for potential re-trial.
Or, Terry Goddard could let Fish go.
Anyone laying bets?

Shreveport's Big Boss Man, Cedric Brown, an advocate of civilian disarmament, said his police
have the power to "suspend" the rights of any motorist they stop, and
can seize a civilian's firearms at will. Not that long ago, bigoted
white southern mayors could be heard making the same assertions about
black people.
[There is a danger that people would realize how useless Law enforcement is ED] Law
enforcement officials on Thursday said public safety would be put at
risk by proposed legislation that would allow Arizonans to carry
concealed weapons without state permits and allow those with permits to
take concealed weapons to schools when picking up and dropping off
students.
State Sen. Sylvia Allen, the
bill's sponsor, said public safety would be enhanced, not diminished,
if her bill becomes law, particularly in the state's urban areas.
One of several gun-rights measures advancing in the Legislature, the
bill would replace the current misdemeanor for carrying a concealed
weapon without a permit, with one prohibiting use of a concealed weapon
for violent or other serious crimes.
The bill (SB170) proposed by Allen of Snowflake and

NRA-ILA has recently received several calls from NRA members in
border states who have been visited or called by agents of the Bureau
of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. In some cases, agents
have asked to enter these people's homes, and requested serial numbers
of all firearms the members possess.
In each case, the agents
were making inquiries based on the number of firearms these NRA members
had recently bought, and in some cases the agents said they were asking
because the members had bought types of guns that are frequently
recovered in Mexico.
Some of the agents have used heavy-handed tactics.
New Jersey Democrat senator Frank R. Lautenberg plans to introduce
legislation designed to cancel the Second Amend rights of well over a
million U.S. citizens this coming week, according to the New York
Times.
“Mr. Lautenberg plans to introduce legislation on Monday that would give the attorney general the discretion to block gun sales to people on terror watch lists,” the newspaper reports.
Law-enforcement officials are working to quash a proposal that would
allow gun owners in Arizona to carry concealed weapons without a permit.
The proposal, which is scheduled to be heard today in the Senate
Judiciary Committee, has sparked a debate over what restrictions should
be placed on gun owners who wish to carry weapons in public buildings,
schools and other places.

The federal government has failed to develop an coordinated strategy
to stop the illegal trafficking of firearms into Mexico, according to a
new government report.
The General Accountability Office investigation cites Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives data

AR-15s.
Barack Obama supports handgun registration and licensing...
I know that the NRA believes people should be unimpeded and unregulated on gun ownership. I disagree. I do not object to the lawful use and ownership of firearms, but I do think it is entirely it appropriate for the state to monitor it. Too many of these guns end up in the hands of criminals even though they were originally purchased by people who did not have a felony. I'll continue to be in favor of handgun law registration requirements and licensing requirements for training. [Chicago Defender, 7/5/01] and more....

"The only thing that can stop a bad person with a gun is a good person with a gun. Law enforcement can't be everywhere, so law-abiding people should have as many options as possible if and when they are attacked." (Vote in their poll - Ed)
