I have just realized that i have been referring to complex photons without ever trying to describe them. What i propose is that matter reacting with an event horizon described by Black hole theory is a thing which unravels the matter into a photon carrying the information of the original matter at least and plausibly information of the event horizon as well. More specifically, gravity is shed and the photon is generally able to then exit in the form of an information dense photon. The information content then allows for decay back into matter some time later. it is thus my contention that most observed Black holes form Quasars et al. The output covers the spectrum as you could expect from this idea. This also produces an ocean of matter well outside the gravity well. Again this all conforms to what we see related to Galaxies. such a process produces a closed cycle for any creation of an universe or Galaxy as we have also suggested.
