Last week, the airwaves were saturated with the testimony of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her gigolo, lead prosecutor Nathan Wade. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee called that hearing to investigate the improprieties that Willis and Wade have been accused of. This week, we've learned that Judge McAfee donated to Fani Willis's political campaign—and that the judge actually used to work for Willis in Atlanta.

Years before he became a judge, Scott McAfee worked in the trial division of the Fulton County District Attorney's Office. After that, he was a US Attorney for the Department of Justice. Trump-hating Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (RINO) appointed McAfee as a Superior Court judge in February 2023. McAfee's resume is important here.

While he was working at the trial division in Fulton County, McAfee was one of the attorneys being supervised… by Fani Willis. When he was a US Attorney in 2020, McAfee donated $150 to Fani Willis's election campaign when she first ran for District Attorney.

Some are arguing that this is not a big deal. It's not like $150 is a ton of money. That's fair, I suppose, but this was one of the few political donations that McAfee has ever made. I'd argue that if you were going to make even a small political donation to an unimpressive, semi-intelligible communist who is so radical that George Soros was financially backing her campaign, then you probably share some of Fani Willis's political opinions. It's also worth noting that McAfee's wife donated about $200 to Fani's campaign.
