A Supreme Court New York judge halted Hochul's unconstitutional and nefarious measure, stating the regulation can no longer be reissued or made permanent. At issue is the separation of powers as Hochul belongs to the executive branch, no t the legislative branch that can make laws. Hochul plans to appeal.
