David Martin provided evidence that the COVID-19 pandemic was planned and that the vaccines are bioweapons. He quoted Peter Daszak, who sent money to the Wuhan lab in China, and told the National Academy of Sciences in 2015 that "To sustain the funding beyond the crisis we need to increase the public understanding for the need for medical countermeasures, such as a pan Coronavirus vaccine. A key driver is the media and the economics will follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issues. Investors will follow if they see profit at the end of the process."

Martin has filed a lawsuit against those he has accused of fraud and says that they knew they were changing DNA and chromosomes and what it means to be human. He named Dr. Anthony Fauci of the CDC for funding Ralph Baric at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill who pursued gain-of-function research.
