For daring to warn that mail-in voting might end up creating more voter fraud in the upcoming election, Trump had his two-part tweet marked with a Twitter exclamation mark and a hyperlink entitled, "Get the facts about mail-in ballots."

Clicking on this link takes users to a "Twitter Safety" page claiming that Trump's tweet "could confuse voters about what they need to do to receive a ballot and participate in the election process." There is also a corresponding link on the same page to a CNN article entitled, "Trump makes unsubstantiated claim that mail-in ballots will lead to voter fraud."

Also included on the "Twitter Safety" page is a link to Twitter's "civic integrity policy," which basically claims that mail-in ballots are without flaw. It also accuses those who claim there could be risks with mail-in voting of "manipulating or interfering in elections."
