A pair of best friends living in Beijing couldn't contain their excitement upon seeing each other again after more than two months in quarantine.

In a video presumably recorded by one of their parents, the two little boys, named Jazz Rose, whose father is American, and Mikel, are brought to a park to reunite after weeks stuck at home.

As soon as they spot each other, the four-year-olds start running, meeting in the middle for a big hug.

The video was recorded on March 29, when the little boys finally got a chance to play outside with each other.

Jazz, whose father is an American journalist living in China, is seen arriving at the park with his mom. 

'Look who's here,' Jazz's mother says in English, pointing out that Mikel had arrived, too. 

Jazz speeds up, running down the path to his friend — who also starts running. Both throw their arms out, and when they meet they share a happy hug, with Mikel lifting Jazz off the ground.
