Gun Control Mass Murder: The 25th Anniversary of the Waco Siege.

• newsbud.com by Kurt Nimmo

Blame for the murder of 82 people—78 men, women, and children, and 4 ATF agents—can be attributed to the actions of then President Bill Clinton, his Attorney General, Janet Reno, and General Wesley Clark.

The corporate media placed the blame for the massacre on David Koresh, the leader of the Branch Davidians, an offshoot of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. It underplayed the role of the government, including the US military. The military's involvement in the deadly assault was a direct violation of the Posse Comitatus Act that prohibits the military from participating in domestic law enforcement operations.

The massacre was orchestrated by Clinton, according to Dick Morris, Clinton's former political adviser. "Let's understand what was Timothy McVeigh's motivation," Morris told Sean Hannity in 2010, "he himself had said that it was the reaction to the Waco takeover. Bill Clinton orchestrated that takeover."

This understanding of Waco is not entirely correct. Waco was really two groups of militant people against each other, both acting outside of the parameters of American authority, law, and rightness. It also was the militant will of David Koresh against the militant will of Janet Reno. If the Waco people had used the remedies found in the common law to go person-to-person at a Court of Record against Janet or others who were going against them illegally, the Waco disaster could have been averted. As it was, Waco people went against the U.S. illegally and unlawfully.
