Judge: 3 simple steps needed to arrest Hillary Clinton

Judge Andrew Napolitano went on Fox News this past week and outlined the "three items on the plate" that are stopping the prosecution of failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

These are the steps Attorney General Jeff Sessions and President Donald Trump could take to put the indictment of Hillary in motion – and the Democrats couldn't do ANYTHING to stop it.

Here they are —

1) Take action where former FBI Director James Comey dropped the ball.

"Is there anything to prevent Jeff Sessions from taking the evidence to a grand jury to see if they want to indict her? Answer: There is nothing preventing that," Napolitano said.

Not even Session's recusal from the Russian investigation would stop it, in fact.

Sessions must simply make a presentation to a grand jury and ask them to indict Hillary. There's clearly enough evidence… but first there has to be the political will.

2) Reveal the emails that show the Clinton campaign met with agents from Ukraine.

The issue isn't that Hillary's 2016 presidential campaign talked to Ukrainian agents, Napalitano said. That's allowed and is legal (just like Donald Jr… fair is fair).

The question is: did any agreement come from the meeting with the Ukrainians?

It is unlawful to accept anything of value from a foreign national or government when you're running a campaign in America. That includes not just cash or gold, but could also include damning information about President Donald Trump.

Reveal the emails and conversations between the Clinton campaign and Ukraine to gather public support for a criminal trial.

3) Name Rudy Giuliani as independent special counsel in charge of Hillary's investigation.

"Think THAT would have the same outcome as James Comey!?" Napolitano quipped.

A special investigator that isn't loyal to Hillary could be established by Sessions without Democratic approval, and could expedite the indictment process. Name someone not loyal to the Clinton family — someone like Giuliani — and watch the dominoes fall.

In other words, "Sessions can say to the director of the FBI … here's your case!" Napalitano said. "He'd have to reopen the investigation."
