Details on the reboot are still vague, and it's not clear exactly how the interactive element will work. Interlude told The Wrap that viewers will be able to "change and adapt the story based on what he or she feels," and will be able to "return repeatedly and have a different viewing experience each time."

Interlude has previously worked on shorter online material like music videos and commercials. The company worked with Interscope Records to make this emoji video for Carly Rae Jepsen's "Run Away With Me" this past fall. But a choose-your-own-adventure style makes sense for The Twilight Zone, a show known for sudden plot turns and unexpected endings.
