This is why Karl Lentz says to file a CLAIM, not a complaint.

A complaint involves using all kinds of statutes and court cases that you don't understand. But if you have been harmed or damaged by a cop, you understand that. File a claim for damages. Why? You don't understand the maze of their codes and injustice system. After all, it was a man or woman that harmed you. "Cop" is just their title.

If they are in the process of filing a complaint against you, but the complaint hasn't caused you any damage yet, but is only a threat, start Karl's writing letters process to tell them that if they don't stop, their bond or insurance stand to lose a lot of money... like a $thousand a day.

Marc Stevens, who is deep into the legal end of things, doesn't seem to like Karl's approach. Yet Karl seems to have had successes where Marc's processes would only produce failure. Check them both out.
