Critics Oppose Obama's Iraqi Moves - with FRANCIS BOYLE

President Obama has ordered up to 300 American soldiers back to Iraq, as militants prepare to take control of Baghdad. The second-largest city in the nation, Mosul, recently surrendered to the forces of ISIS without a fight. The armed group has a significant presence in both Iraq and Syria. Obama ordered the troops back into the country under the War Powers Resolution, enacted in 1973. That document requires the White House to notify Congress within 48 hours of the use of military force. Those actions can only be sustained for 60 days, plus a 30 day withdrawal period, without Congressional approval. The Administration is now experiencing the lowest level of support they have ever seen. The President's unilateral decision to send troops back into Iraq is renewing calls in Washington for impeachment.
