Has anyone seen that there is a proposal in the state legislature to make backyard chickens a constitutional right for the entire state of Az? Do any of you think this has any chance? I'm not very political but I think the residents of Chandler, Glendale and the other cities with restrictions might want to check this out. Maybe even the VPA?  Check out the link.
